WILLETTS-BELLEEK PETTICOAT PORCELAIN BOWL. The bowl is approximately 24.75 oz, 10" across, and 3.75" tall. Egg shell out side, gold ruffled rim, aqua in side with hand painted sea scape. I believe this a rare piece, not only that it's unbroken or repaired, but of all the Belleek porcelain shell type designs, I've not found any other of there work with painted shells. It really must look about the way it did when it was made. The paint still looks good, with no noticed scratches or wear. I've run my hand around this, and looked at it through a light, and didn't find anything wrong to point out,
