BELLEEK IVORY COMMEMORATIVE DECLARATION OF INDEPENDENCE GEORGE WASHINGTON PLATE. PINK CENTER. MEASURES 9" ROUND. GENTLY DISPLAYED CONDITION. 3RD GREEN, 6TH MARK STAMP. NO CHIPS, NICKS OR BREAKS.
