ABOUT THIS ITEM
This item is a vintage Japanese folding fan from Miyawaki Baisenan,  a fan specialty shop in Kyoto. It was established in 1823 and kept creating traditional Kyoto-style fans.
Every one of Baisenan's fans is made by a skilled craftsman, and all the paintings are hand-drawn. It needs over twenty processes to be completed and can't be mass-produced.
The fan has different colors on each side. One is gold, and the other is silver. Both sides have cherry blossoms carefully hand-drawn by a craftsman.
When you have this fan and wave is, it shows you fantastic glitters. Move your hand and enjoy the change of colors!
The item has been stocked for around 50 years at an old Japanese family house. It's unused, and the condition is excellent. It might have been waiting for its master.
