Vintage Japanese Folding Paper & Wood Fan; Handpainted: Geisha, House, Foliage

Description

A lovely fan from Japan which we believe dates from the 1940's (purchased from estate sale where family indicated this was part of what the Father brought back from WWII).
Paint is nicely done with House, Geisha & great Foliage.
Good condition.  Has some wear and residue from an old tape repair on the far left side.  A minor distraction and to be expected with the age.
Measures about 8.75" tall and about 13" wide when it is open.
