Stainless Steel Citrus Manual Press Base/Kitchen Gadget. BASE Only

A family member gave this to me and said it was a juicer. Well, lol, it is the base of a juicer. It appears there are other parts needed to actually use this juicer. See last picture for example. I can’t confirm this is same brand as the one in the picture although. Item itself weighs around 4 lbs.
Manual handle does raise and lower.
There is fruit residue under press thing. I did wipe it down with Clorox wipes and let it dry.
Due to weight and shape of item; I will ship in medium size flat rate USPS box.
Maybe someone is selling the other parts needed. If so, it would likely be cheaper than buying brand new.
