The carving station kit includes a 39" heat lamp with a 250 watt heat lamp light bulb, which helps keep large cuts of roast beef, ham, turkey, or lamb warm throughout your lunch or dinner service. The heat lamp can be easily mounted to the cutting board using the screw holes on the lamp base. Or, if you prefer to mount the lamp directly to your tabletop, you can purchase a clamp (sold separately).
Additionally, a 16" x 24 x 1 3/4" maple wood cutting board provides ample space to carve meats for your customers. A full size drip pan holds the cutting board, helping to protect your counter tops and tablecloths by collecting drippings, which can later be used for sauces and gravies. Simply Amazing
