The simple design of the PartnerMic allows you to stay in the heart of a conversation never missing a beat as the persons voice is transmitted direct to your hearing aids.
The PartnerMic uses AirStream™ technology which provides an energy efficient audio streaming to a pair of Phonak Paradise or Marvel hearing aids.
Using the PartnerMic:
Once you have initially successfully paired your PartnerMic with your hearing aids both devices will automatically connect with each other each time you wish to use them.
Pairing the ParterMic is super easy, simply switch on your hearing aid(s) and start the PartnerMic. hold it within 4 inches of the hearing aid and pairing is complete when the indicator light turns green. You will also hear a confirmation beep in your hearing aid(s).
The PartnerMic is worn by the conversational partner, clipped onto their clothing or on the lanyard provided. For optimal performance, place the PartnerMic 20 cm, 8 inches below the wearer’s mouth. With a range of 80 feet (25 meters) the voice from your partner is transmitted direct into your hearing aids. Don’t worry if your partner goes out of range, the audio will automatically be re-connected when they return to you.
The rechargeable Mic do not require you to change the batteries, making this a great cost-effective item in your listening system. Your PartnerMic is fully charged within 2 hours and has a battery use time of up to 6 hours.
Compatibility:
The Phonak Partner Mic is compatible with Phonak Marvel or Paradise hearing aids. No additional receivers are required. We do recommend checking with your audiologist for additional programming which may be required.
The volume of the PartnerMic can be adjusted with the multi-function button on your hearing aid or from the Remote Control functions within the myPhonak app, available for both Android and iOS.
