Processing time: Your item usually ships the same day if payment is received/cleared before 12 Noon Pacific Standard Time. When we handle returns, defective items will be replaced with the same product. If the same product is not available, you can choose to wait for its arrival, or request a refund or replacement item.
We will ship replacement items for defectives at no additional cost.
