This is a rarely used, excellent condition pair of Mundial 8" Dressmakers' Scissors with sheath.
I'm under the impression the 8" measurement is from end to end, not from the middle pivot point to the tip of the blade.
These scissors look almost brand new.  They've always been kept within their sheath, never just tossed into a junk or tool drawer.  They were my mother's and she didn't use them for anything besides the occasional dress or blouse alteration...so they don't have much wear on them at all.  They are super clean and somewhat stiff compared to other scissors.  The chrome finish is bright and free from any pits or wear.  Please view the photos as they're the best depiction possible...and let me know if you have any questions or concerns!
