Belleek Angel of Faith "The Virtues" Collection #2760 Rare Pristine

Description

Up for auction is a Belleek Angel of Faith, one of the three pieces from "The Virtues" collection.  Designed by artist Mark Alvin, this beautiful figurine has tiny embossed flowers on her gown and hand-painted 22K gold highlights.  It stands 7 1/2" in height, is 3 1/4" wide and 3" deep.  The Angel of Faith has its own special backstamp as well as the initial "T" in gold from the individual artist.  Much sought after, the Angels from this collection are rarely seen for auction.

A comforting vision of trust, fidelity, confidence, moral strength, conviction and the resulting calmness that comes from practicing this virtue.
Condition:  I have examined the angel carefully and can see no damage.  There are no chips, cracks or flaws.  The gold highlights are vibrant and unscratched.  There is a speck of soot on her face under the glaze (photo #7 & #9); this is not a flaw, it is often found in parian china from time of firing.
